        According to the announcement dated April 15th, all Evergrande house buyers who had already implemented obligations of Subscription Document of Residential Building and Commodity House Purchase & Sales Contract without breach of contract, may return the house without any reason at any time from signing Subscription Document of Residential Building and Commodity House Purchase & Sales Contract and before conducting occupancy procedures.
