A pre-announcement of performance was made by the leading property developer, Evergrande (3333) in Hong Kong on Mar. 13. According to the announcement, the Group’s net profit in 2014 was estimated to enjoy an impressive increase from 25% to 35%, and the net profit in 2014 was estimated to soar to RMB 17.024 billion based on the 2013 net profit of RMB 12.61 billion.
