The performance announcement of Evergrande was released on the night of Jan. 7 after the performance release of several property developers. As revealed in the announcement, the Group’s annual sales of 2014 exceeded RMB 13 billion, a figure of 119.6% of the targeted sales, allowing the Group to top the list in target accomplishment among domestic property developers and maintain its strong momentum even in the period of property market adjustment.
