On March 30th, Evergrande published its 2014 annual report in Hong Kong. Data revealed that the total sales volume last year was 131.5 billion Yuan, with year-on-year growth of 31%; in the past 6 years from its listing in 2009 to the end of 2014, the company’s total sales volume increased to 131.5 billion Yuan from 30.3 billion Yuan, with average annual increase 66.8%.

        In addition, last year, its gross profit increased by15.2% to 31.8 billion Yuan, net profit increased by 31.4% to 18 billion Yuan, core net profit increased by 16.5% to 12 billion Yuan; cash reverse increased by 10.8% to 59.5 billion Yuan compared with the same period last year, and available funds amounted to 110.5 billion Yuan.
