Data revealed that its contract sales volume in March of 2015 increased to 13.71 billion Yuan, breaking a sales record this year and approaching the highest level of monthly sales last year, with year-on-year increase of 31.4% and month-on-month growth of 162.1%; contract sales area reached 1,814,000 square meters, with year-on-year increase of 17.6% and month-on-month growth of 154.3%.
