On April 15th, Evergrande announced to carry out “no-reason house return” for all Evergrande houses all over the country from April 16th. The measure covers 305 projects in 147 cities in China. In the perspective of some views, the move will trigger the industry reshuffle. Evergrande expressed that they hope to make “return” to be normal in the market.

        Evergrande announced today that from 08:00 on April 16th, all Evergrande house buyers who had already implemented obligations of Subscription Document of Residential Building and Commodity House Purchase & Sales Contract without breach of contract, may return the house without any reason at any time from signing Subscription Document of Residential Building and Commodity House Purchase &Sales Contract and before conducting occupancy procedures.
