The Lot Ceremony of Evergrande Real Estate Group 49th World Table Tennis Championships was held yesterday

In the afternoon of January 24th, the lot ceremony of the group event of Evergrande Real Estate 49th World Table Tennis Championships was held in Grand International Hotel. This lot ceremony was attended by Adham Sharara, chairman of International Table Tennis Federation, Yao Zhenxu, chairman of Technical Committee of International Table Tennis Federation, Jackson, representative of Ranking Committee of International Table Tennis Federation, Yu Bin, vice chairman of Chinese Table Tennis Association and vice director of Table Tennis and Badminton Center of State Sports Department, Zhang Hua, vice director of Guangzhou Municipal Sports Bureau, Zhang Yilong, director of Marketing Brand Center of the Group.
At the lot ceremony, Zhang Yilong said in his speech on behalf of the sponsor which exclusively names these championships Evergrande would witness the ceremony of the whole process from the lot drawing to the matches related to such championships as a sponsor which exclusively name such top championships. World Table Tennis Championships was held ceremoniously in Guangzhou, China, which was the honor of Guangzhou and China and especially of Evergrande Real Estate Group Limited. He represented Evergrande Group to thank International Table Tennis Federation, Chinese Table Tennis Association and Guangzhou Municipal Government for offering Evergrande the chance to name this international sports game. For a long time, Evergrande Real Estate Group Limited has never hesitated to enthusiastically participate in, donate to and support such social public welfare as sports, education and people's livelihood. He represented Evergrande Real Estate Group Limited to express the warmest welcome to table tennis athletes and coaches from each association in the world who participated in the matches.

The whole lot ceremony was supervised on the site by Yao Zhenxu, chairman of Technical Committee of International Table Tennis Federation, and Steve, representative of International Table Tennis Federation and drawn by Sun Qilin, chief referee. This lot drawing only involved the lot of first three major groups and the lot of the fourth group will be drawn on February 22.
Until the day of the publication of this article, 137 associations and 1637 players have applied to the group event of Evergrande Real Estate Group 49th World Table Tennis Championships. It’s reported these championships were top games with the largest scale and the highest sports level in the international table tennis circles and Beijing Olympic Games would be held after only half a year, so the table tennis associations of every country and regions paid much attention to this match and sent best players to participate in the contest with most of athletes ranking in Top 50 in the world to participate in the contest.
