On April 19, 2013, the delegation led by Mr. Hui Ka Yan, Standing Committee Member of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC) and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Evergrande Group, went to Hohhot City of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region for business visit, which was met by Mr. Mengke Bateer, Deputy Secretary of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region Party Committee and Chairman of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, and Mr. Nasunmonho, Standing Committee Member of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region Party Committee and Secretary of Hohhot Municipal Party Committee. The both parties had extensive discussion and in-depth exchange on further deepening the project cooperation and expanding the investment in Hohhot. Present at the meeting were Mr. Chang Hai, Vice Chairman of the CPPCC of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region and Secretary General of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region Government, Mr. Fan Yong, Director of Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, Mr. Qin Yi, Deputy Secretary of Municipal Party Committee and Mayor of Hohhot, Mr. Sun Jianhua, Deputy Mayor of Hohhot, Mr. Shi Shouming, Vice President of Evergrande Group and Chairman of Hohhot Branch, Mr. Liu Yongzhuo, Vice President of Evergrande Group, and the senior management of Hohhot Branch. After the meeting, Mr. Nasunmonho, Secretary of Hohhot Municipal Party Committee, accompanied the delegation led by Mr. Hui Ka Yan to visit Inner Mongolia Museum and Hohhot Planning Exhibition Hall all day long and all the way. The high reception scale was rare in recent years.

In 2012, Evergrande Group Hohhot Branch achieved the new construction area of 575,400.00㎡, the area-under-construction of 1,556,100.00 ㎡ and the sales amount of 4.1 billion yuan in Inner Mongolia, ranking top on the list.
