On the morning of March 25, the signing ceremony for an ERP strategic cooperation agreement was held at Evergrande Center, the new headquarters of the Group.Present at the ceremony were Dr. Xia Haijun (Vice Chairman of the Board and CEO of the Group), Mr. Hong Changlong (Executive Vice President), Mr. Lin Manjun, Mr. Wang Chuan, Mr. Xu Wen, Mr. Liu Jiangnan, Mr. Zhang Changqing, Mr. Cheng Dongfeng, Mr. Qin Liyong (Vice Presidents of the Group), representing Evergrande Group; Mr. Liu Gang, Mr. Hube Andreas (Deputy Presidents of SAP (China) Co., Ltd.) and Mr. Tang Jie (Deputy President of SAP (China) Research Institute), representing SAP; Mr. Wang Shouhu (Deputy President of IBM Global), Mr. Guo Rensheng (General Manager of IBM (South China)) and Mr. Lv Guangcan (General Manager of IBM Business Consultation Department (Greater South China)), representing IBM.The signing ceremony was presided by CEO Xia Haijun and Mr. Chen Dongfeng, Mr. Liu Gang and Mr. Wang Shouhu signed the agreement representing Evergrande, SAP and IBM, respectively.The signing ceremony was witnessed by journalists from some 20 media.

According to the strategic cooperation agreement, the three parties will work together to build the ERP project as the core business system of Evergrande.In their future cooperation, Everygrande will increase investment and, in cooperation with SAP and IBM, complete the 12 information system modules for the project management, contract management, procurement and supply chain management, design management, commercial operation management, customer relationship management, financial management, capital management, human resource management, asset management, school management, business intelligence, etc. which will cover most operations of the Group, with the view of developing a comprehensive information-based system for the management of the core business operations of the Group, satisfying the Group’s needs for future development and building an information-based management system leading the real restate industry.With supports from SAP and IBM, the ERP project will be of great practical significances and serve as a benchmarking system.

We are delighted to be here today, only five days after the relocation of our headquarters, to witness the signing ceremony for Evergrande ERP Strategic Cooperation Agreement and the launch of the ERP Project.First, please allow me to extend our sincere greetings and appreciations to leaders and experts from SAP and IBM on behalf of Mr. Hui Ka Yan, Chairman of the Board of Evergrande Group and 38,000 Evergrande members.

With care and support from our strategic partners and the general public, Evergrande has achieved extraordinary leaping development in the past six years, setting a record of scale growth of 50 times.The Group has accumulated a total asset of 230 billion yuan, with over 200 large projects in more than 120 major cities across the nation, with several core business indexes rated first for seceral consecutive years.

Today, we feel honored and proud to join hands with SAP, the largest ERP software providers of the world and IBM, the largest ERP implementation service provider for the implementation of our integrated core business system.The establishment of the ERP strategic cooperation relationship the two leading companies in the world marks the formal launch of the ERP Project of the Group.
