On March 22, the Release of Assessment of 500 China Real Estate Development Enterprises & Summit of the 500 Companies was held in Beijing. Evergrande ranked second in comprehensive strength of the top 10 real estate development companies in China, monopolizing the second for three consecutive years. 

It is worth mentioning that in the annual awards of company, Evergrande was once again granted the sales award of ten million square meters with its sales area of 15,485,000 square meters in 2012, ranking first in the country. In the various sub-lists, Evergrande continued to lead the national real estate companies.
