Lu Hao, deputy secretary of Heilongjiang provincial Party committee and governor of Heilongjiang province, met with Hui Ka Yan, the board chairman of Evergrande, and his fellows in Harbin on the afternoon of Sept. 26. The two parties talked about issues including deepening co-operation and expanding investment.

Lu Hao welcomed Hui Ka Yan and his fellows for their visit to Heilongjiang, and confirmed the efficiency of the culture-and-travel-integrated project co-initiated with Evergrande, and they reached a consensus on refining the design plan, implementing it by stages and establishing coordinated growth mechanism. According to Lu Hao, there were not only increasing spaces for total domestic demand but also unique offering resources and advantages for Heilongjiang province in tourism, the industry of providing for the old and the health industry. The cooperative culture-and-travel-integrated project was endowed with the conditions to develop skiing travel which supported and interacted with such travel series as Longjiang ecological travel, border travel and “polar region travel” and equipped with greater development potential via combining the industry of providing for the old and health brought by summer ecologicalization. Evergrande Group, an integrated industrial group embracing rapid development and great influence, in recent year had shown excellent business performance in some new fields and good outcome of the pragmatic cooperation with Heilongjiang in real estate and green food industry. Moreover, Evergrande Group enjoyed high design level and marketing ability in tourism, the industry of providing for the old, health and their integration. Heilongjiang was glad to see its increasing competitiveness by participating in exploitation and construction of cultural tourism and integration and development of multi commercial activities. The provincial government would accomplish the mating transportation infrastructure like airports, forging a globally influential resort.

Governor of Heilongjiang Province Greeted the Board Chairman Hui Ka Yan

The board chairman Hui Ka Yan introduced Evergrande’s development on residence, farming, cultural tourism and health as well as its investment to Heilongjiang. According to him, revenues of Evergrande Group in 2014 fell on RMB 131.5 billion and tax RMB 17.1 billion and revenues in this year would hit RMB150 billion. Since it entered Heilongjiang, its investment here added up to RMB 13 billion and revenues RMB 11 billion and revenues in this year had finished RMB 3.5 billion, which improved the regional economy. Evergrande Group, who was full of confidence in Heilongjiang’s development, would expand cooperation field, communicate with department concerning the field and accelerate the establishment of the culture-and-travel-integrated project.

The deputy governor of Heilongjiang province Sun Yao, mayor of Harbin Song Xibin and directors of Evergrande Heilongjiang branch, Haihuadao Industrial Group, Provincial Development and Reform Commission, Land Bureau, Residence and Urban and Rural Construction Bureau, Environmental Protection Bureau, Commerce Bureau, Travel and Tourism Administration and Logging Central Office presented at the meeting.
