Brand Value up to 32.067 BN Yuan, Evergrande Wins 6 Consecutive Champions

Evergrande has shown a sound and rapid growth of performance in years and created a new height out of its brand value. In the recently released 2-brand value list most authoritative and influential in the realm of real estate, Evergrande’s brand value increased to 32.067 billion yuan, and the company wins the champion of the TOP 10 Chinese Real Estate Enterprises for the sixth time.
According to the 2015 Research Report on Assessment of Brand Value of China Real Estate Enterprises jointly issued by China Real Estate Association, China Real Estate Seminar and Assessment Center for China Real Estate on Sept. 8, Evergrande’s brand value is up to 32.067 billion yuan. Since Evergrande won the champion of the TOP 10 Chinese Real Estate Enterprises in 2010 with a brand value of 8.016 billion yuan, the company has quadrupled the value in mere 6 years.
As indicated by the 2015 Report on Brand Value of Top 10 China Real Estate Enterprises jointly issued by the Enterprise Institute of Development Research Center of the State Council, Real Estate Institute of Tsinghua University and China Index Academy on Sept. 11, Evergrande has won the champion of the TOP 10 Chinese Real Estate Enterprises in 6 consecutive years.
In the report, the research institutions believe that Evergrande, by continuing to insist on the strategy of Cash is King in 2014, has managed to further balance the project’s regional layout, realize a contract sale of 131.5 billion yuan, achieve a year-on-year increase of 31% and complete 119.5% of the set target, fully demonstrating its advantage in real estate. On the basis of solidifying its principal business, it successfully diversified its operational activities and further expanded its brand awareness and influence.
