Evergrande (HK.3333) announced the sales performance of June on July 6 that it achieved the single-month sales volume of RMB 24.75 billion, ranking No.1 among the Mainland real estate enterprises listed in Hong Kong; and that it achieved the sales volume of RMB 87.11 billion in the first half year, with the target completion rate ranking No. 1 throughout the country.

        According to the statistics, it was the first time for Evergrande to achieve the monthly sales volume of more than RMB 20 billion (RMB 24.75 billion), creating a new high again in the single-month sales history after May, with an increase of 88.8% on a year-over-year basis and an increase of 48.2% on a month-over-month basis. By virtue of “four months with the sales volume of RMB 10 billion” and “one month with the sales volume of RMB 20 billion”, Evergrande achieved the sales volume of RMB 87.11 billion in half a year, with an increase of 82.3% on a year-over-year basis, ranking No. 1 throughout the country; it completed 58.1% of the target of RMB 150 billion, with the target completion rate ranking No.1 throughout the country, making good on the promise that half of the target would be completed within half of the time. 

        In addition, Evergrande achieved the sales area of 2.862 million square meters in June, creating the single-month sales area record, with an increase of 82.3% on a year-over-year basis and an increase of 21% on a month-over-month basis, ranking No. 1 throughout the country in both the total sales area and the rate of increase. It accumulatively achieved the sales area of 11.378 million square meters in half a year, becoming the first real estate enterprise that achieved the sales area of more than 10 million square meters in China. In the opinion of the insiders, the market was expected to be promising in the next half year, and Evergrande would complete the annual target in advance.
