The result of the "China Charity Award 2007" organized by Ministry of Civil Affairs of PRC was announced the other day, and the Group stood out of many prestigious developers and obtained the "China Charity Award 2007".

Li Guoli, administrative vice minister of Ministry of Civil Affairs presented prizes to Xia Haijun, president of the Group and other award winners.

"China Charity Award", the top governmental award in charity in China, is aimed at commending those individuals, institutions and projects that make outstanding contributions in financing the poor students, patients, relieving disasters, aiding the poor, old, handicapped and orphaned, protecting the environment and supporting arts and culture. Since 2005, China Charity Award has been hosted successfully for three years.
        It is known that since the "China Charity Award 2007" was initiated, nearly one thousand recommendation and application materials were received. According to "Measures for Voting and Selecting Winners for China Charity Award by Ministry of Civil Affairs", Ministry of Civil Affairs has invited relevant authorities, people's organizations, press representatives, social personages, experts and scholars to form the panel to discuss and study the recommended materials. The CCTV international, sohu and donation net were used to solicit public opinions, and over 13 million netizens voted the candidates they have in mind. According to the Panel and the vote result, ten individuals, institutions and projects such as Evergrande, HSBC China, "Red Cross Angel Program", "Media Charity Love-Caring Activities 2007" finally won "China Charity Award 2007".
