In this fruitful golden autumn, at this victorious brilliant moment, we happily welcome the pomp that 18 building projects of Evergrande Real Estate Group in the country are open for sale at the same time in the golden week. Here I report the good news for you: The accumulative fund of Evergrande in the golden week is RMB 4.79 billion yuan, a new sales record of the China's real estate industry in this golden week.

During the National Day golden week of this year, 18 buildings projects of Evergrande in 12 core cities of the country are all adopting the mode of real garden scenes, quasi-ready buildings and fine decoration to activate a rush of house purchasing around the whole country. Top products and reasonable price won the high recognition of many house purchasers and brought delightful sales performance. The entire sales performance during the golden week exceeded 4.79 billion yuan. This shows the strong market appealingness of Evergrande brand, and the full support from the friends in media industry here. Huang Canhao: Good afternoon, dear president of the board of directors of Evergrande and leaders at every level of Evergrande, and dear guests and media friends. I am very pleased to participate in the celebration for the National Day marketing of 18 buildings project of Evergrande today. This opening of Evergrande in October includes 18 buildings projects, and the total sales amount exceeded RMB 4.6 billion yuan. E-House China has acted as the agent of 15 buildings projects thereof. On the day of opening, the total sales amount of our 15 buildings projects in 9 cities exceeded 2 billion. By far, the total amount has exceeded 3.6 billion. Obtaining such achievement is very difficult given the current adjustment of the whole real estate industry, the wait-and-see attitude, the macroeconomic control, and the recent financial tsunami. In the whole course of cooperating with Evergrande, we deeply feel that under the fine works strategy of Evergrande and led by Mr. Xu Jiayin, the president of the board of directors of Evergrande, the management of Evergrande in every region fully implemented the fine works strategy of Evergrande, and understood the effect of Evergrande in creating a good residential environment for every house purchaser.
