Evergrande Listed as One of the Top 3 Most Valuable Real Estate Brands in China

The value of Chinese real estate brands has been increasing despite the global financial crisis. On Sep. 19, the investigation team of Top 10 Most Valuable Real Estate Brands in China released the “Investigation Result of Valuable Chinese Real Estate Brands 2009”. Evergrande Real Estate was hornored as one of the Top 3 Most Valuable Real Estate Brands in China with a brand value of 4,154,000,000 yuan.
It is reported that the investigation team of Top 10 Most Valuable Real Estate Brands in China is composed of three research institutes, namely, the Enterprise Research Institute of the Development Research Center of the State Council, the Institute of Real Estate Studies of Tsinghua University, and China Index Research Institute. The investigation of Chinese real esate brand value has been carried out for six consecutive years since 2004. This year is also the forth year that Evergrande Real Estate was listed in the Top 10 Most Valuable Real Estate Brands in China.
