On March 28, Professor Hui Kayan, the chairman of the board of directors of Evergrande, met the visiting leaders from Jinan City such as Wang Liang, the Municipal Standing Committee member and the deputy mayor. The both parties had kind and deep talks on issues related to the cooperation. The investigation group also went to visit the head office of Evergrande and the project site of Evergrande Royal Scenic Peninsula.

The investigation group from Jinan City first came to visit the head office of Evergrande, having a thorough knowledge of the entire development of Evergrande and the good development momentum of the companies in all regions of the country. Thereafter, the investigation group went to the project site of Evergrande Royal Scenic Peninsula, and gave full affirmation and high appraisal to the project after a complete and meticulous visit.

After the visit, Professor Hui Kayan, the chairman of the board of directors of Evergrande, kindly met the visiting leaders from Jinan City such as Wang Liang, the Municipal Standing Committee member and the deputy mayor. In the meeting of both parties, Chairman  Jiayin first extended warm welcome to the leaders of investigation group, and expressed his thanks and admiration to the great efforts made by Jinan City to have create a good investment environment for enterprises in recent years. Chairman Hui pointed out that the economy of Jinan City in recent years had developed rapidly, which at the same time provided a good economic environment for all the enterprises, showing the great development potential, and Evergrande had full confidence in the future development of Jinan City.

Wang Liang, the Municipal Standing Committee member and the deputy mayor of Jinan, representative of Jinan Municipal Government, expressed his thanks to Chairman Hui Kayan. He said, the rapid development and the strong strength of Evergrande were obvious to all, and they had understood more about the leadership of Evergrande in the real estate industry through the visit and investigation. Within the short period of more than one decade, the rapid development that Evergrande achieved is very admirable, and Jinan City warmly welcomes such enterprises with strong strength as Evergrande to invest in Jinan. In recent years, Jinan City has made great efforts for business invitation and investment, and spared no effort to create a good environment for enterprises. It’s believed that with the joint effort of Evergrande, we are able to promote the dual development of cities and enterprises.

In addition, on March 28, Chairman Hui also met the visiting leaders from Laiwu City such as Yu Jiancheng, the secretary of the CPC Municipal Committee of Laiwu and the chairman of the Standing Committee of the Municipal People Congress.
