On March 23, the delegation of leaders from Danzhou City Hainan Province came to visit and investigate Evergrande Real Estate Group. The members of delegation include Secretary of Municipal Party Committee Zhang Qi, Deputy Secretary of Municipal Party Committee & Secretary of Municipal Government Party Leadership Group Li Jianghua, Deputy Secretary of Municipal Party Committee & Municipal Director of People’s Congress Luo Shixiang, Municipal Chairman of CPPCC (Chinese People’s Political Consultative Committee) Deng Zeyong. The chairman of board of directors of Evergrande Real Estate Group Professor Hui Kayan had a cordial meeting and in-depth discussion with the leaders of Danzhou Delegation. Besides, they had extensive exchanges on topics of mutual interests.

The delegation first came to visit the headquarters of Evergrande Real Estate Group, and they had in-depth understanding on Evergrande’s more than ten years’ development course as well as the good development momentum of its nationwide expansion after the listing on the stock market.

In the afternoon, the delegation went to visit Evergrande’s Yujing Peninsula Project and conducted an on-site investigation. During the visit, the delegation showed great interest in this project. They listened to the entourage’s detailed introduction carefully. After attentive investigation, the delegation gave abundant affirmation and high appraisal to this project.

After the visit, the chairman of board of directors of Evergrande Real Estate Group Professor Hui Kayan cordially met with the delegation of Danzhou City, Hainan Province, including Secretary of Municipal Party Committee Zhang Qi. During the exchange of both sides, Professor Hui Kayan first expressed his warm welcome to the delegation, and he also showed his congratulations and praised for the marvelous achievements in economic development and urban construction in recent years in Hainan Province, especially in Danzhou City. He said Danzhou has good investment environment and vast development potential. Evergrande has full confidence in investing in Danzhou, meanwhile, he also highly appreciated the tremendous support rendered to the investors by Danzhou City.

Through the visit, they are also fully aware of Evergrande’s powerful strength and huge development prospect. It’s expected to achieve win-win development through joint efforts.
