At the end of July, another good news came from Shandong that on the day of the opening of Jinan Evergrande Metropolis, 460 buildings were sold, gaining 400 million yuan. This is another glorious accomplishment after the grand opening of Jinan Evergrande Oasis in mid July. Only five months elapsed from obtainment of the land to the opening of the estate and two properties were put on sale just at three-week interval, both selling well. All these are adequate proof of Evergrande’s operation principle of soonest possible opening and never reserving land as well as the trait of highly cost-effective products brought by its standardized and scale-based operation.

On the day the project was first offered for sale, the heated atmosphere was pushed to a climax by the arrival of film stars including Fan Bingbing, Zhang Jingchu, Zhang Hanyu and Lei Jia.
