Joint Efforts for a Great Cause——Ceremony held marking the completion of the induction training of 2010 university graduates

On July 23, Evergrande Real Estate Group held a ceremony marking the completion of the induction training of 2010 university graduates. On that day, 461 graduates had face-to-face communication with the senior executives of Evergrande. Professor Xu Jiayin, Chairman of Board of Directors, attended the ceremony and talked about the development strategy of the Company and the career development planning of university graduates.
The ceremony was chaired by Dr. Xia Haijun, Vice-chairman of Board of Directors and President of the Group. Mr. Xu focused on the development strategy and the development prospective of the Group. When he cited the major development nodes and the glorious achievements of the company, the graduates present responded with warm applauses.
In the session of interactions that followed, Mr. Xu shared his views on issues of general concerns for university graduates, including career planning and the prospect of the industry. He pointed out: “The marvelous development speed of Evergrande is the result of its development strategy. The newly enrolled university graduates are the reserve force and the future of Evergrande. I hope that you can plan your own career development in a scientific way and progress hand in hand with the Company to push forward our common undertaking.”
The recruitment of outstanding university graduates is an important means with which Evergrande introduces talents. Over the years, the Group has always done its utmost in this regard by regularly holding large-scale campus job fairs in the top 20 universities of China each year, including Tsinghua and Beijing University. So far, it has reserved and trained a large number of excellent talents. This year, the Group has signed on 461 university graduates, further consolidating the personnel foundation for its great-leap-forward development.
It is learnt that Evergrande started the recruitment of outstanding university graduates of the year in 2003 and has now formed a mature training system. Before the ceremony, these graduates had received one week of induction training, which covered a wide range of aspects, including the development journey, corporate culture, operation status, management strategy, business rituals, project construction, personnel and financial rules, planning of personal career, etc.
