On July 11, the grand opening of Jinan Evergrande Oasis — the first model project invested and built by Evergrande in the beautiful Quancheng was held. The site was full of great excitement with ruffles and flourishes, lion-dance celebration and a hubbub of voices. A number of provincial and municipal leaders, Professor Xu Jiayin — Chairman of Board of Directors of Evergrande Group, and invited guests, as well as a number of journalists from major newspapers, networks and television stations in Jinan presented at the grand ceremony. Even Fan Bingbing, Su Youpeng, Chen Hao, Wu Peici and many other first-line stars participated in the ceremony personally.

It is reported that as of at 16:00 on the opening day, Evergrande Oasis in Jinan had a hot sales of 885 houses, and successfully achieved a sales revenue of RMB 550 million. The excellent sales performance not only concentrated the efforts from employees to the management in the company, but also reflected the full recognition of a majority of customers on Evergrande's houses of high cost performance.
