On November 30, the delegation led by Mr. Zou Yimin, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Ping’an Real Estate Co., Ltd. visited Evergrande Group for an on-the-spot investigation. Dr. Xia Haijun, Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors and President of Evergrande Group met the delegation led by Mr. Zou Yimin, and they made deep communications on such issues as the current environment of the real estate market and the development mode of Evergrande.

During the meeting, President Xia Haijun firstly expressed his warm welcome to the visiting of the delegation led by Chairman Zou Yimin, and then introduced the development history and the development mode of Evergrande Group in detail. According to President Xia, Evergrande adheres to the development mode of “real estate for the people’s livelihood”, and creates high-cost-effectiveness fine-decoration residences which the ordinary people can afford in the second- and third-tier cities with rigid demand, which are deeply welcomed by the market. According to Mr. Zou Yimin, the development speed of Evergrande Group in recent years is amazed by the industry, with its achievements in the limelight of all parties, and its outstanding contributions to such fields as sports and charity are also admired.

Subsequently, accompanied by President Xia Haijun, the delegation led by Mr. Zou Yimin visited the exhibition hall of the HQ of Evergrande Group, and made an on-the-spot investigation on the project of Guangzhou Evergrande Royal Scenic Peninsula.
