On November 14, Evergrande Group released its sales performance of October in Hong Kong. It achieved the sales volume of 8.61 billion yuan in the current month, with the accumulated sales volume of 77.87 billion yuan in the first 10 months, overfulfilling the full-year target two months earlier, thus becoming a sole leading real estate enterprise overfulfilling the full-year target.

According to the data, in October, Evergrande achieved the sales volume of 8.61 billion yuan, with an increase of 54.9% on a year-on-year basis, and the sales area of 1.398 million square meters, with an increase of 56.7% on a year-on-year basis. Thus, Evergrande achieved the sales volume of 77.87 billion yuan from January through October 2011, significantly exceeding the full-year sales target of 70 biliion yuan, with the target completion rate of 111.2%, ranking first in China; with an increase of 89.2% on a year-on-year basis in the sales volume from January through October 2011, its sales growth rate ranked first in China; it achieved the sales area of 11.856 million square meters, with an increase of 79.9% on a year-on-year basis, ranking first in China.
