On January 11, 2013, Dr. Xia Haijun, Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors and President of Evergrande Group, was invited to attend the press conference on the Strategic Cooperation between Gold Mantis and U.S. HBA, and made a speech as a representative. Mr. Guo Yunchong, Vice Director of Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development, the relevant leaders of Jiangsu Provincial Government, Suzhou Municipal Government and China Building Decoration Association (CBDA), Mr. Zhu Xingliang, Chairman of Gold Mantis Holding Co., Ltd, and Mr. Rene Kaerskov, CEO of U.S. HBA, were also present at the press conference on that day.
