On December 21, a commencement ceremony for Evergrande International Financial Center, a CBD project with 560m of height located in Jinan urban area, was grandly held, and several leaders such as Yang Luyu, Vice Secretary of Jinan Municipal Party Committee and Mayor, Li Huaxian, Secretary General of Jinan Municipal Government, Hui Kayan, Board Chairman of Evergrande Real Estate Group, Zhu Wusong, Vice President of Evergrande Real Estate Group and Chairman of Commercial Group, and Tan Zhaohui, Chairman of Jinan Branch of Evergrande Real Estate Group attended such ceremony.

Evergrande International Financial Center is a large urban complex built by Evergrande in Shandong, which will cover 1.1 million square meters of gross building area as planned. Its style will be unique and attractive, and various buildings such as hotel, apartment, office building, large shopping mall, and entertainment sites will be included, which will upgrade the urban service level and develop the headquarters economy, and will become a new landmark with in East China, even within North China.
