On May 25, Acting Governor Lu Hao of Heilongjiang Province visited Evergrande Group at the head of a facts-finding mission composed of the mayors of five cities, including Longjiang, and was met by Hui Ka Yan, member of the CPPCC Standing Committee and Board Chairman of Evergrande. The two sides held extensive discussions and deep-going exchanges in respect of matters relating to the investment to be made by Evergrande Group in the construction throughout the province. Present at the meeting were Sun Xiao, Vice Governor of Heilongjiang Province, Song Xibin, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Mayor of Harbin, Lin Kuanhai, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Mayor of Mudanjiang, Xia Lihua, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Mayor of Daqing, Kang Zhiwen, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Acting Mayor of Jixi, Wang Zhipeng, member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee and Deputy Mayor of Qiqiha’er, Liu Yongzhuo, Vice President of Evergrande Group, and Zhen Litao, Board Chairman of Harbin Company.
