On October 7, Evergrande published its September Sales Report, which shows a contract sales of RMB10.53 billion in September, 29.6% higher YoY, and a contract sales area of 1,558,000sqm, 7% more YoY. Since last June when the sales made the record high of RMB10 billion, Evergrande has maintained this powerful momentum and realized for two consecutive months in August and September a monthly sales above RMB10 billion.

By September, Evergrande has for three months in 2013 realized a monthly sales above RMB10 billion. Since last June, Evergrande has seen two monthly sales above RMB10 billion in August and September, which combined to make a two-month sales of RMB21.93 billion, and accounted for 21.9% of the annual target, showing the style of a leading real estate developer. The market expects Evergrande to make a new record in sales in the fourth quarter, and realize the RMB100 billion target of the year in confidence.

From January to September, Evergrande recorded a total contract sales of RMB74.65 billion, 27.4% higher YoY, accounting for 74.7% of the contract sales target, and a total sales area of 11,020,000sqm, 13.2% more YoY.

According to the latest report by Citibank, Evergrande will launch 26 new projects from October to December, and the sales volume is estimated at RMB105.0-108.0 billion, higher than the yearly target. Citibank therefore maintains its rating of purchase with the target price set at RMB4.4.
