Evergrande Brand Value Increases to RMB26.783 Billion, A Fourth Time Champion in a Row

China’s two most authoritative and influential brand value billboards were published recently. By virtue of its scale advantage and excellent performance in many aspects, Evergrande has maintained high-speed growth in brand value, which rocketed to RMB26.783 billion and ranked first among China’s real estate enterprises for a fourth time champion in a row.

On September 12, Evergrande, for a fourth time in a row, was awarded the championship among Top10 China Real Estate Companies in Brand Value by the Enterprise Research Institute under the State Council Development Research Center, Tsinghua University Real Estate Research Institute and China Index Research Institute. On September 17, China Real Estate Research Association, China Real Estate Association and China Real Estate Appraisal Center jointly published the 2013 China Real Estate Enterprises Brand Value Appraisal Report, where Evergrande was accorded a record high brand value of RMB26.783 billion.

The Report shows since it ranked top3 among China’s real estate enterprises in brand value in 2009, Evergrande has maintained its high-speed growth, and in its enterprise development, the expansion in business scale has promoted brand diffusion and the brand advantage significantly drives fast sales growth. Since 2010, Evergrande has for four consecutive years held the first position in Top10 China Real Estate Enterprises in Brand Value and achieved the legendary growth of 3.2 times in brand value in four years. For three consecutive years, Evergrande has ranked number one in sales area and Top3 in sales volume in China.
