On April 20, in Shenyang, Hui Ka Yan, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Evergrande Group, and Li Xi, Secretary of the CPC Liaoning Province Committee visited the planning exhibition of Evergrande Shenyang elderly care community project and Dalian international cultural tourism project, held a meeting with Chen Qiufa, Governor of the People's Government of Liaoning Province, and reached a broad consensus on further deepening cooperation, expanding investment and other matters.

Chen Qiufa welcomed Chairman Hui and his party and praised the investment of Evergrande Group in Liaoning. He pointed out that the large curtain of a new round of revitalizing the Northeast China has been opened and Liaoning is facing major development opportunities. In the course of development, Liaoning needs the support and participation of large enterprises and Liaoning also provides broad market opportunities and development space for enterprise investment. Evergrande is an integrated industrial group with highly influential brands. He hoped that Evergrande would continue to give full play to the advantages of its products, brands and other aspects, deepen cooperation with Liaoning and achieve common development in mutual benefit.

Chairman Hui thanked Liaoning for its support. He said that, in recent years, Liaoning is vigorously promoting the Strategy of Revitalizing the Old Industrial Bases in Northeast China, constantly accelerate structural adjustment as well as transformation and upgrading, and has made great achievements.  Meanwhile, he briefly introduced the current development situation of Evergrande Real Estate on the main businesses as well as eight major industries including finance, Internet, health, tourism and culture. He said that, last year, Evergrande realized a sales volume of RMB 201.34 billion and a net profit of RMB 17.34 billion as well as paid taxes and fees of over RMB 20 billion. Currently, Evergrande has successfully developed 25 projects in 9 cities including Shenyang and Dalian, with a cumulative total investment of nearly RMB 70 billion and a tax payment of RMB 4.3 billion. Evergrande will continue to increase investment, cooperate with Liaoning in many fields, constantly expand the cooperation and development space between the two sides, and boost the revitalization and development of the economy in Liaoning and even in Northeast China.

Later on, Li Xi, Secretary of the CPC Liaoning Province Committee, and Chairman Hui and his party visited the planning exhibition of Evergrande Shenyang elderly care community project and Dalian international cultural tourism project. Li Xi highly affirmed the projects. He hoped that Evergrande would continue to vigorously promote the construction of the relevant projects and strengthen cooperation with Liaoning in various fields to achieve a win-win situation.

At the 21st day, Chairman Hui and his party, accompanied by Qi Ming, Vice Mayor of Shenyang City, had a field trip to Qipanshan Shuangma block project and then went to Shenyang to visit the New World of Innovations. After the inspection, Hui Ka Yan and his party held a meeting with Pan Liguo, Mayor of Shenyang City. The two sides had a friendly negotiation on the matters related to the construction of high-end elderly care real estate project in Shenyang. In the afternoon at that day, Hui Ka Yan and his party also inspected Jinshitan cultural tourism project and Dalian Xiaoyao Bay international business district. Before the meeting, Xiao Shengfeng and Hui Ka Yan jointly visited the planning exhibition of the Dalian Evergrande international cultural tourism project. Xiao Shengfeng praised this project.
