On March 29, Evergrande Real Estate (HK.3333), the growth rate of which last year was the highest among the real estate enterprises with an annual business volume of over RMB 100 billion, presented a remarkable annual report.

The report shows that the Company reached a total asset of RMB 757.04 billion and a cash reserve of RMB 164.02 billion. Its several indicators led the industry. In addition, the Company realized a total business volume of RMB 133.1 billion and a net profit of RMB 17.34 billion, ranked first among the real estate enterprises which are listed.

Hui Ka Yan, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Evergrande Real Estate Group, said that this year the overall property market will show the situation of "decreasing inventory as well as rising volume and price”. He frankly said that Evergrande can surely over-fulfill the sales target of RMB 200 billion in 2016.
