On March 23, Evergrande Health （HK.0708）released 2015 annual results in Hong Kong. Core data show: With 18 months as of  December 31, 2015, Evergrande Health realized a business volume of HK $ 638 million, a gross profit of HK $ 223 million, a gross profit rate of 35%, a net profit of HK $ 96 million and basic earnings per share of HK1.156 Cents.

The announcement discloses that, in 2015, after making successful layout in several business sectors including the Internet community hospital, international hospital, elderly care and rehabilitation as well as plastic surgery and anti-aging, Evergrande Health promoted the project landing at high speed. Among others, as the Company's first landed business sector, 12 Internet community hospitals were set up in 10 central cities including Guangzhou, Foshan, Wuhan, Shenyang, Ji'nan, Chengdu, Luoyang, Changsha, Nanchang and Shijiazhuang, covering about 200,000 residents; the first all-Korean-staff plastic surgery hospital in China, which was jointly established by Evergrande Health and Korean Wonjin, was opened for business in Tianjin; Evergrande Health signed the cooperation agreement with the Brigham and Women's Hospital Affiliated with Harvard Medical School, and the construction of Boao Evergrande International Medical Center in Hainan Boao Lecheng International Medical Tourism Pilot Zone was commenced; the site selection and design of the first batch of community embedded micro pension institutions were completed, and they were being constructed.

In the meantime, at the press conference, the management of Evergrande Health disclosed that, in 2016, Evergrande Health, which enters the stage of rapid development, will promote the simultaneous advance of several major business sectors according to the market development trend, its own advantages and customer needs. The planning of Evergrande Health includes: relying on 12 Internet community hospitals that had been put into operation, focusing on “early screening, community clinic, precision medicine and chronic disease management”, promoting the mode of family doctors and hierarchical medical system, and creating the brand of "One-stop Health Manager by One's Side" and replicating it throughout China; speeding up the pace of landing international hospital, carrying out the construction and medical allocation of Boao Evergrande International Medical Center as planned, completing the planning and design of Hainan Sanya international hospital project and starting its construction; exploring the model of the cooperation among "Internet Plus" health management, embedded pension institutions and financial and insurance institutions; establishing five micro pension institutions and putting them into operation; and building a number of medical cosmetic institutions in Hainan, Shanghai, Chongqing and other places to form a chain service system.
