On March 15, Evergrande Health （HK.0708） announced that Evergrande Health Industry Group had signed strategic cooperation agreement with the Brigham and Women's Hospital Affiliated with Harvard Medical School. They planned to jointly establish high-end international hospitals in China and to set up a united office in Boston, USA, which means that the cooperation between Evergrande Health and the Brigham and Women's Hospital Affiliated with Harvard Medical School is in full swing.

The Brigham and Women's Hospital Affiliated with Harvard Medical School will provide Evergrande Health with strategic guidance in terms of hospital design, clinical program, hospital management, personnel training and other aspects, including but not limited to the help in the development of cooperative hospital projects, the planning of the health care network and the medical service model of other medical related projects of Evergrande Health.

According to the agreement, the high-end international hospital jointly planned by both parties will become the commanding height of the strategic layout of Evergrande Health. By introducing international advanced hospital management and cutting-edge medical technology into clinical practice, the sustainable development model relying on clinical practice, teaching and scientific research will be formed. Meanwhile, the Brigham and Women's Hospital Affiliated with Harvard Medical School will provide strategic suggestions on how to develop and strengthen the health care network.
