Recently, the term of “new urbanization” becomes the key word discussed by the public, and the report released in the 18th National Congress of Communist Party of China also attached great importance to urbanization’s role in economy’s healthy and sustainable development. As experts analyzed that, a new round of “urbanization” will appear in large cities after the concept of “new urbanization” was released. Owing to such policy, the share prices of some large real estate enterprises, such as Evergrande, rose up at the beginning of 2013. Furthermore, since the fourth quarter of 2012, also thanks to such policy, the share price of Evergrande (3333.HK) has kept rising from HKD 3.13 on October 3 to HKD 4.66 as the closing quotation yesterday, up 48.9%.
