On Jan. 7, the 2009 Cities * Guandian Forum of China (the 2009 forum of viewpoints of Chinese cities) hosted by www.guandian.com and about 200 real estate enterprises, media, financial and professional bodies was ceremoniously held in Guangzhou. On the site of the forum, the 2009 General Appraisal Announcement of Top 30 Enterprises of Chinese Real Estate Industry was released, in which Evergrande Real Estate Group was listed in the front rank.

It is reported that on the basis of the inventory of the most representative enterprises in Chinese real estate circle in 2009, efforts have been made to find the real estate enterprises that can be called great in the year, the real estate enterprises that are brave in pursuing glory, and the group of real estate enterprises that are listed as the most excellent ones in China for the G30 List. The index system of the List is composed of four indexes, namely, operation, finance, brand, and management. Among them, the data of the operation and finance indexes was provided by professional bodies and from open information, while the data of the brand and management indexes was the final results of the national investigation in the form of questionnaire answered by the public in the industry.
