The signing ceremony of strategic cooperation between EvergrandeGroup and Shanghai Pudong Development Bank was held at the headquarter of Shanghai Pudong Development Bank on January 9, 2014. The both parties concluded the comprehensive, in-depth and wide strategic cooperation, creating the new mode of bank-enterprise cooperative development. This time, the cooperation of the both parties would involve the credit granting, bank financing, direct financing, investment banking, international financial service and development of innovative financial products, and Shanghai Pudong Development Bank would provide Evergrande with the single comprehensive credit line of RMB 20 billion.
