It was introduced by the land property Evergrande that all the recommended 600 suites were sold off the same day at the full sum of over 1,000,000,000 Yuan.
      Although no stars were present to cheer, the opening transaction was still very fiery. The floor buses starting out from Hongfa Building, Chen Clan Academy, Yitai Square, China Plaza and so on carried numerous citizens to Evergrande Oasis like busy public buses. The newsman started off from Hongfa Building and arrived at the spot of Evergrande Oasis in half an hour as a result of smooth traffic. The people in the property sales department were crowded. Most of the units on the sale notice were pasted with red dots indicating that these units were sold off. All the suites of 85 square meters with two rooms and two halls were purchased in the shopping rush. The newsman put forward his request of purchasing the large unit of 177 square meters. The salesperson concentrated his gaze upward on the sale notice and said: "Only Room 301 of No. 7 is left and the discounted price is 11,285 Yuan per square metre".
