Today, Evergrande Volleyball led by Lang beat Yunnan Yunxi Volleyball in the away game, gaining three straight winnings in Group B league of National Women’s Volleyball. After match Lang praised her former pupil He Qi who is now the coach of Yunnan Volleyball, “I’m proud of her!”

Lang recognized her team’s performance first, “We’ve been fully prepared for the competition today, and Yunnan is remarkable in quick attack, first pass and defense. I asked my players to complete the match with full strength and they succeeded in doing that. But we’re still a bit away from tacit cooperation and we’ll continue to improve running later.”

Abruptly, Lang praised her former pupil He Qi who’s now Yunxi’s coach, “From this competition I think that He Qi is good for coach and she’s been a good coach already. We once won silver medal of Olympics when she was under my command, and we had cooperated for many years when she went to Italy. I’m much delighted from today’s dialogue. At present there are not many women coaches, and we should have more good coaches like He Qi.”

Lang concluded that coaches like He Qi are born from players and they’re female, which equips them with incomparable advantages over men in communication with the players. “To tell the truth, I’m really proud of He Qi! I think Yunnan Volleyball under her command is promising and prospective.”

While He Qi was respectful for her former teacher, thinking that she recognized Evergrande’s super power through this competition. “They’re so great even with a short time of running, which illustrates that Lang has a good way of teaching with an evident efficiency in such a short period of time. I should learn from Lang in all aspects!”
