On the site of land sales in Beijing yesterday, although lost to the local real estate enterprise Maoyuan Property in the bidding of Xiajia Hutong Alley Plot, Evergrande finally won the huge plot with the building scale being more than 500,000sqm at the total price of 3.56 billion yuan in the subsequent bidding of Shahe Plot of "capping the house price and competing the land price".
According to the announcement, the gross floor area of the Plot is 511,000sqm, with public rental housing of 260,000sqm, the repurchase price of which is 11,000 yuan/sqm, and the ceiling price of the remaining is 14,000 yuan/sqm, and all of the houses are required to be sold to the higher education zone.
