Evergrande (3333) announced yesterday it recorded a contract sales about RMB10.53 billion and a contract sales area about 1,558,000sqm in September, 29.6% and 7% more YoY respectively. It has for two consecutive months sold more than RMB10 billion, and the average sales price in September is RMB6756/sqm.

From January to September, Evergrande recorded a total contract sales of RMB74.65 billion and a total sales area of 11,020,000sqm, 27.4% and 13.2% higher YoY. By the end of September, it has finished 74.65% of the sales target for 2013. In the first nine months, the average sales price is RMB6774/sqm, 12.5% more YoY. Evergrande said it’s confident to hit the sales target of RMB100 billion for the year.
