On Sep. 8, Evergrande Real Estate Group externally released the brief report of the sales in Aug. According to the report, in Aug. 2010 the Group achieved the sales amount of 4.44 billion yuan (in RMB, the same below) and the contracted sales area of 702,000 square meters. In Aug. 2010, the contracted sales amount of the Group increased by 51.9% compared with that of the same period in 2009, and the sales area increased by 22.6% on year-on-year basis.

From Jan. to Aug. in 2010, the Group achieved the total contracted sales amount of 30.5 billion yuan and the total contracted sales area of 4.902 million square meters. The contracted sales amount of the Group from Jan. to Aug. increased by 102.9% compared with that of the same period in 2009, and the sales area increased by 57.4% on year-on-year basis. The data indicated that the sales amount had exceeded the sales amount of 2009 of the Group, which was 30.3 billion yuan, indicating the powerful development momentum of the Group.

In addition, the sales amount of 30.5 billion yuan showed that the Group had achieved 76.2% of the full-year contracted sales target, which is 40 billion yuan. The fact that such a high target achievement rate can still be achieved after the up-regulation of the target reflects the perspective strategic insight of the Group and the high-efficiency executive ability of the Company.
