On February 18, the delegation led by Song Xibin, Deputy Secretary of Municipal Party Committee and Mayor of Harbin, Heilongjiang Province, arrived at Evergrande Group for visiting and on-the-spot investigation. Professor Hui Ka Yan, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Evergrande Group, met the visiting delegation, and had deep communication on the investment of Evergrande Group in Harbin Municipality.

During the meeting, Professor Hui Ka Yan firstly expressed his warm welcome to the visiting delegation led by Mayor Song Xibin, and held the opinion that Harbin is now in the soaring period of rapid development, and Evergrande Group has full confidence in the investment prospect of Harbin. Evergrande Group has rich experience in the tourism complex construction and operation, and has achieved success in Tianjin, Qingyuan and other places. The Group is very optimistic in the development of Harbin’s tourism industry, and hopes to further increase the investment strength in Harbin, making greater contributions to the acceleration of industry transformation, the acceleration of urban construction and development in Harbin Municipality, and the increase of urban competitiveness.

Mayor Song Xibin appreciated the outstanding achievements of Evergrande Group as well as the investment insight of Evergrande in Heilongjiang Province especially Harbin Municipality. According to Mayor Song, Harbin Municipal Party Committee and Municipal Government will create more superior conditions for the investment enterprises, and hopes that Evergrande can persistently invest in Harbin to drive the long-term development of local economy.

During the visiting, accompanied by the relevant leaders of the Group, the delegation led by Mayor Song Xibin visited and made an on-the-spot investigation on the Exhibition Hall of Evergrande Group as well as the Project of Guangzhou Evergrande Royal Scenic Peninsula. After the all-round visiting and on-the-spot investigation, Mayor Song though highly of the quality of Evergrande’s products, and hoped that Evergrande could create more high-quality products for the people in Harbin.
