On June 9, 2012, the research group of TOP 10 Chinese real estate enterprises jointly constituted by Enterprise Institute of Development Research Center of the State Council, Real Estate Institute of Tsinghua University and China Index Academy released the Research Report on 2012 TOP10 Chinese Listed Real Estate Enterprises in Beijing. Evergrande ranked No. 1 in terms of comprehensive strength among the TOP10 Chinese Mainland real estate enterprises listed in Hong Kong, and also ranked No. 1 in terms of TOP10 fortune creation ability and TOP10 investment value.
