The opening ceremony of Evergrande Grain & Oil Group, Evergrande Dairy Group and Evergrande Livestock Farming Group as well as the National Ordering Fair of Evergrande Grain & Oil Group was held in Arshaan, Inner Mongolia On Sept. 1, 2014. The opening ceremony of three groups was held together by Xia Haijun, the Vice-chairman and President of Evergrande, Xiao En, the Executive Vice President of Evergrande, Shi Shouming, the Vice President of Evergrande, Liu Yongzhuo, the Vice President of Evergrande, Yao Dong, the Vice President of Evergrande and Chairman of Evergrande Agri-Industries Group, Xu Wen, the Vice President of Evergrande and President of Evergrande Dairy Group, Li Zhi, the Assistance President of Evergrande and President of Livestock Farming Group, etc..

The attendees to the ceremony also included other 89 top managers from the group, such as executive vice presidents, vice presidents, assistant presidents of the group, chairmen from 36 regional corporations and leaders from all departments and subsidiaries, making it a top ceremony of largest scale.

The ordering amount in the Ordering Fair of Evergrande Grain & Oil Group of the day amounted to 11.9 billion yuan, setting the industrial records of highest order amount, greatest influence and best brand effect.

Livelihood Project Implemented by Establishments of Three Groups

Liu Yongzhuo, the Vice President of Evergrande, announced in the fair that Evergrande Group had formally entered into the strategic phase of “Diversified development+ scale expansion+ branding” and would implement the 7st “3-year plan” of “foundation consolidation and diversified development” and be expected to be one of the global top 500 enterprises in 2015. Adhering to the idea of “Serve the country by livelihood-oriented industry ”, Evergrande Group implemented its livelihood project by establishments of Evergrande Agri-Industries Group, Evergrande Diary Group and Evergrande Livestock Farming Group with budgeted investment of over 100 billion yuan to the national brand.

He said Evergrande Group had invested about 7 billion yuan and merged 22 production bases to support the operations of Evergrande Agri-Industries Group, Evergrande Diary Group and Evergrande Livestock Farming Group with the aim of achieving comprehensive business distribution in ecosystem of Greater Khingan and providing consumers with safe rice, safe colza oil, reliable soybean oil, safe beef and mutton as well as trustworthy infant formula. Evergrande Group would devote itself in the contribution to national food safety by ensuring all its products are eco-green foods.

Insiders believed that Evergrande Group enjoyed overwhelming advantages over the product quality in its high standard involvement in modern agriculture because all products of Evergrande were up to green food or organic food standard attributed to its self control in safe industrial chain, including seed selection, planting, cultivating, purchase, processing, packaging and transportation. The new business of Evergrande Group would enjoy a good market prospect because more and more people prefer healthy foodstuffs.

Travelling Ordering Fair Allowed On-site Witness of Product Quality

The fair attracted 3,500 dealers from 730 cities around China and 500 journalists from media organizations, including CCTV, Xinhua News Agency and Daily Newspaper Office, etc.

The leaders and guests took 32 charted airplanes and had non-stop flight to Ulanhot from different cities and then they had a travel by 80 coaches from Ulanghot to Arshaan Prairie via several Evergrande agri-industries production bases, forests, mountains and rivers. The ordering fair was regarded as “unprecedented travelling ordering fair” in the industry.

Demonstration of Full Industrial Chain Stirring Campfire Party on the Prairie

The fair covered area of 110 thousand m2 amounted to area of 15 football fields, among which the main fair zone covered area of 30 thousand m2, the negotiation zone for dealers covered area of 20 thousand m2, campfire party and dining zone 30 thousand m2 and accommodation zone 30 thousand m2. Evergrande Foodstuff products were on display on the ultra-large-scale display stand in negotiation zone.

A grand and stirring evening party was held on the prairie and was appreciated by the guests. Evergrande’s full industrial chain in dance and music was demonstrated in the party because all the directors, hosts, artists, performance teams, top lighting and sound equipments were from the industries of Evergrande Group.

After the banquet, guests spent their nights in elaborately prepared gers. There were 500 gers orderly placed on the prairie with completed in-ger facilities and maximum capacity of 5,000 people, setting a Guinness world record for largest number of people camped out at the same time.
